In a pleasant turn of events, today is expected to be a dry and sunny one, after a week of rather more miserable weather.
Met Éireann say to expect a dry day, with bright and sunny spells, with temperatures between 11 and 12 degrees celsius.
Tonight is also expected to stay mostly dry, with a few showers developing late on, and lowest temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees tonight.
However Monday is set to see another turn – with a cloudy day dominated by spells of rain, with a potential for heavier showers causing localised flooding in some areas.
