Two drivers in the Letterkenny area were caught speeding by Gardaí in speed checks this morning.
The drivers were both issued fines and penalty points, after being caught more than 25 kp/h over the limit in early morning checks on the N14 dual carriageway.
Gardaí also said that road conditions were poor at the time following overnight rain, and reminded the public to apply extra caution when driving in wet or damp road conditions.
