The Rescue 118 helicopter has had a busy start to the Bank Holiday weekend, with it being called to four separate taskings in Donegal alone.
In a statement on social media they say they have attended calls on Arranmore Island, as well as in Donegal Town, Bundoran and Lough Swilly.
This included a rescue operation for a casualty that was in an inaccessible location, with crews from the Lough Swilly RNLI and Greencastle Coast Guard assisting as the person being rescued had to be winched to the helicopter.
