Plans are to be submitted for a number of multiple housing developments around the county.

Aughrim Heights Development Company Ltd is applying for permission for 33 new houses at Aughrim Heights, Clonmany. The proposed development will also include the demolition of four partially completed dwellings and sub-floors of a further seven on the same site.

Ampco Builders Company Ltd is to lodge plans to build 23 residences at Churchland Quarters, Carndonagh.

Meanwhile, TOPM Developments is seeking permission for the completion of 22 unfinished houses at Gortnamucklagh, Glenties.
