At least one person has been hospitalised after a two car collision outside Letterkenny this evening.
The crash happened on the N56 at Mountaintop just after 6pm.
A number of units of the emergency services rushed to the scene of the collision.
It is understood the cars have now been removed from the scene and the road is passable.
A Garda spokesperson told Donegal Daily “Gardaí and emergency services are attending the scene of a road traffic collision involving two cars, which occurred at Ballaghderg, Co. Letterkenny, this evening, Thursday 9th November 2023, at approximately 6pm. Investigations are ongoing. No further information is available at the time.”
