Plans are to be submitted to Donegal County Council for a large new apartment block in Letterkenny.
Gerard McCallion, on behalf of Glenturas Construction Ltd, is seeking permission to construct the 28-unit building at the junction of Paddy Harte Road and Pearse Road.
The proposed development will include associated site works and connection to all public services.
