All of Donegal’s primary road routes will be gritted this evening.
Donegal County Council has confirmed that the Winter Maintenance designated gritting routes will be treated from 7pm.
It comes as temperatures are set to plummet to below freezing tonight.
The Donegal gritting route index is as follows:
