Letterkenny will be lit up for Christmas this coming Sunday the 26th of November to kick-off the festive season in town.

The popular annual family event will begin at 6pm with entertainment on stage at Market Centre.

MC Keith Fletcher will be blasting out some beloved Christmas tunes and there will be dancing, singing and a special appearance from Santa!

The town will be buzzing with people and a safe, family atmosphere is guaranteed.

The President of Letterkenny Chamber, Fionnuala Rabbitt – said; “The excitement of Christmas Lights Switch On in Letterkenny is something to behold, we look forward to welcoming all of the families this Sunday for an evening of Christmas magic!”

The Christmas Lights – and this event – are both supported by Donegal County Council.
