Gardaí in Inishowen were far from impressed when they caught nine different drivers speeding in 25 minutes this week.
On Friday afternoon, during lunchtime Gardaí detected the speeding cars in less than half an hour and issued fines.
During checks this afternoon, they say a further two drivers were nabbed for speeding on the N13 road also.
Gardaí say that road conditions were poor due to recent rainfall in the area at the times these drivers were detected.
Again they have urged the public to be cautious while driving, as they look to curb the sharp rise in road deaths seen this year on the nation’s roads.
