Letterkenny folk came out in force last night as the town officially switched on its Christmas lights.

The weather may not have been perfect but that didn’t stop many tuning out at Market Square for the official switch-on at 6pm.

MC Keith Fletcher ensured there was plenty of craic with many beloved Christmas tunes, dancing, singing and a special appearance from Santa!

Local lad Dylan Murray had the honour of officially switching on the lights.

Clive Wasson was on hand to grab some happy faces.

It’s beginning to feel a lot like …..!
