It was a very special get together in the Mount Errigal Hotel on Friday as Donegal’s 1992 winning squad and management team gathered to celebrate the 81st Birthday of their manager Brian McEniff.

Team captain Anthony Molloy spoke about the special relationship that the squad had with Brian on and off the pitch and that continued to this day.

Brian told the gathering how much the evening meant to him and how much the relationship with them meant to him. Molloy, Tony Boyle and Joyce McMullan made presentations to Brian on behalf of their teammates and a very special Birthday cake was presented by his nephew Terry McEniff on behalf of the hotel.

31 years on the bond between Donegal’s first ever Senior Football All Ireland squad and management remains very strong.
