Two people have died after separate road traffic accidents.
A man in his 30s passed away overnight after a single-vehicle crash in County Cavan when the van he was driving struck a wall.
The man was the sole occupant in the vehicle.
Elsewhere, a 53 year old man has died a month after he was involved in a serious crash between a motorcycle and a car in Ballymena, County Antrim.
David Blayney passed away in hospital on Friday night from injuries sustained in the accident.
Police in the North say they had arrested a 25 year old man in connection with the collision, who is currently out on bail as they continue their investigation into the incident.
