Two individuals have been arrested by Gardaí investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred at Legnakeely, Co. Monaghan on the 31st July, 2023.
Two men, aged in their 60s and 40s were arrested this morning, Friday 15th December, 2023 as part of this investigation.
They are currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda Station in County Monaghan.
Gardai say their investigations are ongoing a further updates will follow.
