Plans are to be submitted to Donegal County Council for a major extension to a Ballybofey estate.
Longmarsh Developments Ltd is seeking permission to build 36 new houses at The Beeches in Navenny.
The proposed development included all associated site works and connection to existing foul and storm sewers.
