Inishowen Community Christmas Dinner on in Buncrana again this year

The annual Inishowen Community Christmas Dinner is being held once again this year, to give a space for anyone spending Christmas on their own to find camaraderie this festive season.

The dinner is being held at The Exchange community centre in Buncrana, with a three-course meal of turkey, ham and all of the trimmings – or a vegetarian alternative if you so wish.

The meal is provided free of charge, and anyone who wishes to attend can also arrange transport from the organisers – families are also welcome, or indeed anyone who may just want to do something different this Christmas.

For anyone who is housebound and cannot make the event itself, the organisers will also be delivering hot Christmas dinners within the Buncrana area on Christmas Day also.

Anyone who wishes to attend can book at exchangeinishowen.ie, or can call Ruth at 087 795 5401.

If you wish to volunteer with the event, to help with providing lifts to the centre on Christmas Day, or can assist with the clean-up following the event, can email info@exchangeinishowen.ie or text Ruth at 087 795 5401.
