The iconic Golden Grill may be just a relic of the past, but Letterkenny residents have the chance to relive the music and the craic again this Christmas.
The Golden Grill reunion disco is just over a week away, taking place at the Station House Hotel on December 29th (Doors: 9pm).
It all started last year, when a group of passionate Golden Grill enthusiasts decided to have an over-50s night that brought back the best of the famous disco, complete with 80s hits and Victor Fisher manning the door.
The event was a resounding success, selling out quickly and the dance floor was filled with old friends reconnecting.
This year’s Christmas disco is set to be the perfect opportunity for a catch-up and a bit of festive fun. DJ Marty Mc Intyre will be spinning the hits that defined the Golden Grill era. To add to the excitement, there will be some fun awards for attendees.
With just 11 days to go, it’s time to secure your tickets and relive the Golden Grill experience once again. Tickets are available from the Station House Hotel Reception and Brian Wilson’s Heel 2 Toe shop on Main Street, priced at just €10 each.
