Planning permission is being sought to develop ten new apartments at the rear of The Pulse Nightclub in Letterkenny.
The proposed development on the Port Road includes removal of an existing shed to make way for the construction of a two-storey apartment complex. The block will contain six two-bed apartments and four one-bed apartments.
