A beautiful traditional cottage on a farm by the sea in south Donegal has just hit the market.

Henry Kee and Son has a guide price of €298,000 for the property at Tullycleave More.

The three bedroom cottage comes with a traditional farmyard, all surrounded with around 20 acres of land.

“This must surely be a dream property for many,” the auctioneer states.

The neat, traditional stone built cottage sits on 20 acres near Ardara.

It is located approximately 1km from the heritage town of Ardara, on the road to Portnoo. This farm is all in one compact block benefitting from both ‘extensive public road frontage’ on its northern boundary and adjoining Loughros More Bay on its southern boundary.

This well maintained, stone built cottage has a rear extension and now contains a sitting room, kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom with views of the bay from all the rear windows. The farmyard comprises a traditional, steel framed hay shed plus three stone built outbuildings. Land quality is a mixture of meadow land and grazing with a central farm roadway creating good access.
