The Harry Blaney Bridge in Fanad is closed to all high sided vehicles due to strong winds.

Meanwhile, Met Éireann has issued another ‘Yellow’ moderate wind warning for Donegal for tonight and tomorrow.

Northwest winds, it says, will be very strong and gusty at times and high waves are also expected. Potential impacts include wave overtopping, debris, loose objects displaced and difficult driving and cycling conditions. The warning is valid from midnight tonight until 7am tomorrow.

A similar warning is in place until 8pm tonight.
