A rain warning has been issued for Donegal.
The Status Yellow warning from Met Eireann begins tonight (Tuesday) at 8pm and is valid until 12am on Thursday.
As well as rain, there will be strong winds and a chance of flooding in some areas.
The national forecaster warned “Heavy rain overnight (Tuesday), followed by heavy showers tomorrow (Wednesday), may lead to localised flooding.
“Strong southerly winds overnight, veering southwesterly tomorrow, in conjunction with spring tides, may lead to coastal flooding.”
