A Massey Ferguson 135 tractor which was raffled to raise tens of thousands of euro to assist the emergency services who responded during the Creeslough tragedy has found a new home.
The raffle was the brainchild of Creeslough man Brendan Tiny Vaughan.
Having lived in England for many years, Tiny wanted to recognise the work done by the emergency services.
Brendan Tiny Vaughan is known to many for his wonderful photography of the Donegal and Irish community both here and across the water.
He traveled up and down Donegal and across England selling tickets for the raffle which raised more than €40,000.
The raffle for the tractor took place on November 26, 2023 and the winner was James Donegal from Buncrana.
This week Tiny presented the keys to the tractor to James.
Congratulations to James but especially to Brendan for a wonderful project which raised vital funds for some great responders.
