A man has died following a road traffic collision in Kerry that happened last night.
The man, aged in his 40s, was killed in the collision in the Abbeydorney area which happened at 9:15pm.
A woman in her 30s also had to be taken to hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The scene is being preserved for a post-mortem examination.
Gardaí have appealed for witnesses.
