Calling all families and music lovers! Prepare to unleash your inner raver with Hippie Kids, a fun-filled family rave event coming to the Abbey Hotel Donegal Town on February 18, 2024, 2-5pm!

Step into a world of fun beats, dazzling lights, and infectious energy as families boogie the day away.

The event features experienced DJs taking dancers through an uplifting mix of music, ensuring everyone from toddlers to grandparents can get down and groove.

Hippie Kids is packed with activities to keep everyone entertained!

Engage in exhilarating games during the warm-up DJ sets, meet the mascots, and marvel at the mesmerizing stage production featuring lasers, UV lights, and captivating visuals.  No strobe lighting is used during the show.

Of course, no rave is complete without a sugary treat or two. Indulge in fluffy candy floss and sweet popcorn, and quench your thirst with refreshing beverages from the fully licensed bar.

(Please note things like Candy Floss etc May have an additional charge unless instructed differently this can change per venue)

Tickets are on sale now and are €15 for both adults and children,  €17 VIP tickets give fast pass entry plus an exclusive Rave Pack.

Important Notes:

  • All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Babies travelling in a sling are free of charge if accompanied by a full paying child.
  • Children under 4 years old are welcome if you think they are hardcore enough.
  • Pushchairs are not allowed in the main hall.
  • Admission is only for adults attending with a child with a maximum of three adults to one child.
  • ANY AGE CHILD CAN COME BUT….We recommend this event for children OVER 4! (Under 4’s are welcome at the event but only if you think they are hardcore enough)
  • Be aware that this is a rave environment with a lot of people, lots of flashing lights and lots of energy. The music is at a level so everyone can hear it clearly, dance to and enjoy.
  • If you are worried about sound levels, then we would suggest bringing a pair of child’s ear defenders.
  • Parents remain responsible for children AT ALL TIMES. 
  • Fully insured event and Public Liability Insurance to cover all of our attractions. 
  • By attending, you give permission for the host to take photos and video footage of the event for the use in future media.
