The Butt Drama Circle are delighted to bring a new production to the Balor Theatre this February.

Led by Musical Director, Alice Gildea, the Balor Songbook Choir makes a welcome return with their ‘Songs from the Movies’ Show which will be performed in the Balor Theatre on 8th, 9th and 10th February and is a show not to be missed.

The Choir’s last outing was just pre-pandemic in February 2020 and was a sell out success.

With new and returning members, the Choir is even bigger than last time with 75 people of all ages participating.  Members have been rehearsing since October and are so excited to perform on the Balor Stage.   This show is suitable for all ages and has something for everyone.  Listening to 75 voices perform in harmony promises to be both a powerful and, at times, spine chilling experience

The Choir will perform songs from Movies of all genres and eras and their programme is sure to contain a few of your favourites – rock, blues, swing, animated films and even an old cowboy number or two!!

Those lucky enough to be attending are promised a hugely entertaining night with early booking strongly advised as tickets are selling fast.

Tickets are €15 pp and are available at the Balor Theatre Box Office 074 9131840 or visit https://balorartscentre.ticketsolve.com/ticketbooth/shows/873641125
