The Donegal county darts teams were triumphant at the West Coast Challenge 2024 that was held in Roscommon at the weekend.
The A Team won the men’s event against strong opposition, beating Limerick in the final.
The county B team reached the quarter finals only getting beat on a last decider by Roscommon and the Donegal County Development team reached the Semi Final of the Shield event.
In the ladies event, the Donegal team were beaten in the Shield Final by Mayo.
And in the Youth’s Competition, Donegal C and D both reached the Semi Final of the main event and Donegal B won the Shield.
In the Men’s Open Singles Competition, Donegal’s Dean Gallagher went all the way to the final only to be beaten by PDC player Dylan Slevin.
And in the Ladies Open Singles, young Aoife Porter was the best of the Donegal ladies and reached the Semi Final.
And in Youths Open Singles Competition, Jack Porter and Jackson Timoney were best of the Donegal who both were beaten in Semi Final.
