A Letterkenny supermarket is appealing for information following an alleged theft yesterday.

Two women entered Simpsons Supermarket in Glencar on Sunday afternoon and filled a trolley load of goods.

They proceeded to walk out, filled their vehicle in the car park and drove away.

CCTV footage has been obtained and Simpsons Supermarket has issued a public appeal for information to catch the perpetrators.

They are calling on anyone who has any information about the women and a red Skoda SUV, which left the store at 4pm, to contact them or gardaí.
