A Donegal man walked away with the keys of a new car following a charity draw in aid of the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind.
Donegal’s Declan McBride won himself a new 2024 Citroen e-C4 as part of the draw.
“Our Chief Executive, Tim O’Mahony made contact with Declan who was overwhelmed with the good news,” the charity shared on social media.
They continued: “A massive thank you to all our Volunteers who helped to make the raffle another fantastic success. We simply could not do this without them. Our Car Raffle is an integral part of our fundraising and allows us to continue #ChangingLives.”
The Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind charity help blind people gain further independence and mobility, by offering facilities for people to access a guide dog, as well as training programmes for the dogs and their owners.
