Swimmer Mona McSharry finished off a strong week of final appearances at the World Aquatics Championship this afternoon.
She took to the pool for the 50m Breaststroke final, after strong fifth placed finishes in the 100m and 200m finals earlier this week.
McSharry posted a time of 30.96 to take eighth place.
The Sligo swimmer, who trains with Ballyshannon Marlins, has had a more than successful week of international competition ahead of the Olympics this Summer.
