Shed destroyed in arson attack at Inishowen home

A shed at the rear of a house in Buncrana was torched during an arson attack at the weekend.

Gardaí are investigating the incident that occurred at The Meadows on Monday between approximately 9.45pm and 10.05pm. 

“The fire was extinguished by the fire services and thankfully nobody got hurt,” Garda Sean Sweeney said.

“We appeal to anybody who may have observed any type of activity in that area between those times to make contact with Gardaí.”
