A further record number of homeless people was recorded in the month of January in the Republic of Ireland.
A total of 13,531 people were accessing emergency accomodation last month nationwide.
Of that figure, 157 people are homeless in the North West, 61 in Donegal – that’s up from 54 in December.
There were also 21 families in emergency accomodation in the North West last month, also up slightly from the previous month’s figures.
