Gardaí in Ballyshannon have arrested a man in his 30s in relation to a serious assault which occurred in the area last May.
The male was arrested on suspicion of Assault Causing Harm and was questioned by detectives.
“After intensive investigation, he was later released without charge. A file is now being prepared for the DPP,” a garda spokesperson said.
