Abra-ca-diploma! Magician Dylan Murray unveils latest achievement

Bewitching Burtonport magician Dylan Murray has conjured up another major win his his career journey, having earned his PRO Magicians Diploma.

The young entertainer has announced he is the first-ever Irish recipient of the global qualification from the International Magicians Society.

He said: “It’s hard to believe that only a few other magicians in the world, and in the history of magic, have ever sat and successfully passed this test.”

Dylan with his latest achievement in Magic

Dylan, 25, has been forging his magic career for almost 10 years. Last December he had the honour of performing for President of Ireland Michael D Higgins and his wife Sabina at Áras an Uachtaráin.

Dylan is the only magician in Irish history to be awarded the prestigious Merlin award twice. In 2022 was declared the “The Best Close Up Magician In Ireland” from the International Magicians Society, the world’s largest magic society based in New York.

He is also the first Irish person to be awarded an official Masters Degree from the Magic Academy in New York.
