A man in his 20s has been arrested after a major drugs bust at Dublin Airport.
Gardaí say that 36kg of cannabis was found in the man’s luggage by Revenue officers in vaccum-packed parcels.
The haul of drugs had an estimated value of €720,000 according to Gardaí.
The man, who had just landed on a flight from Toronto, Canada, was subsquently arrested for questioning.
He is set to appear in front of the courts in Dublin tomorrow after being charged with drug offences.
