Ramelton singer-songwriter Brí Carr is preparing for a unique concert celebrating Irish Language Week 2024 at Derry’s Guildhall.

The event, titled “Mo Cheol Thú”, will be an evening of song and storytelling in Irish, taking place on Thursday, March 14th, 2024, at 6:30 PM.

On the evening, Brí will perform traditional songs in the Irish language which explore her deep affection for Donegal along with a number of songs from her Ceol na Mara (Songs of the Sea) collection and contemporary songs translated into the Irish language.

Due to the anticipated high demand, booking is essential for “Mo Cheol Thú”. Those interested in attending can register their interest by emailing gaeilge@derrystrabane.com.
