A Stranorlar resident had a rude awakening at the weekend when they discovered their car damaged outside their home.
The criminal damage incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday, March 3rd, in the Drumboe Cottages area of Stranorlar.
Shortly before 2:10 am, a resident heard knocking noises and upon checking around the house, discovered damage to their car. The vehicle’s boot spoiler was knocked off, and the rear passenger side tail light was also damaged.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have been in the Drumboe Cottages area in the early hours of Sunday, March 3rd, to come forward with information, particularly those with dash cam footage.
