Creeslough to get a spring cleaning tomorrow

Creeslough is to get its annual makeover tomorrow (Sat).

The call has been put out for volunteers to help tidy up the village for one day only.

The slogan for volunteers on the day is that “many hands made light work.”

With that in mind organisers hope to have up to one hundred people working in pairs with each pair allocated a 500 metre stretch of road to clean.

Anyone who has a hi-vis vest from last year’s clean-up is asked to bring it again as numbers are limited.

All volunteers should meet at the corner of the garden at 9am.
