Cara House in Letterkenny will be hosting a number of events as part of Social Inclusion Week.
The Donegal County Council initiative aims to help reduce social isolation, social exclusion and poverty within the county, particularly for older people.
Cara House are hosting a number of events next week, including a free wellness event for older people on Thursday, the 21st of March from 1-3pm at the Cara House Family Resource Centre.
The wellness event for over 55s will focus on nutrition and chair yoga, with plenty of refreshments available also.
On Friday the 22nd of March a free 2 Hand Dancing Party is taking place in the Regional Cultural Centre with Celine Kirwan.
And also on Tuesday the 19th of March, there is an Irish Language Taster Event, where people can get more familiar with the Irish language and culture at the Donegal County Museum, starting at 10am.
