Donegal Gardaí are maintaining a strong presence on the roads this Bank Holiday weekend.
Gardaí from the Buncrana Roads Policing Unit say that they seized a vehicle from a learner driver yesterday following a number of infringements.
The driver was unaccompanied despite having a learner permit, and also the car had no NCT, tax or insurance on it.
On social media, An Garda Síochána Donegal reminded motorists not to take risks on the roads this weekend, and to ensure that all their relevant documents were in order.
