St Patrick’s Day has the potential to stay mostly dry for many in Donegal.

Met Eireann in their latest forecast say that there will be a mix of sunny spells and showers today – but those sunny spells should become more consistent by the afternoon.

Temperatures are looking decent for the time of year as well, with highs of 11 to 12 degrees celsius and light to moderate winds expected today.

Overnight tonight, temperatures will dip to between 3 and 5 degrees.
