A man has been charged after 2.4 million cigarettes, worth more than €2 million, were seized in Co Wexford earlier this week.
The stash was discovered during the search of a yard in Gorey on Monday in a joint operation carried out by gardaí and Revenue.
The cigarettes have an estimated retail value of €2,010,000.
Four men were arrested at the scene and taken to garda stations in Co Wicklow.
They were all later released and one of the men was subsequently arrested by Revenue Officers.
The man, aged in his 40s, is due to appear before Gorey District Court this morning.
