The south Donegal village of Dunkineely was a hive of activity last Saturday for its second annual St Patrick’s Parade.
The organisers thanked everyone who made it out on the day and made it a real success.

The winning float of O’Donnell Motors.
Despite the poor forecast, the rain held off for the 17 floats and groups. A big thankyou to SRM Motors and CBIO/CFish for sponsoring the best float and best underage group respectively.

Visiting ‘Hens’ get in on the act!
The winners were:
For Best Float (€200) – O’Donnell’s Motors
For Best Junior Group (€100) – O’Donnell School of Music Traditional Marching Band
Well done to all who took part.
No Sheelaghs came forward, so the €50 prize went unclaimed. But if you were there, and dressed as Sheelagh, let us know!
