A corner business premises on one of the Twin Towns’ busiest streets has gone on the market for less than €40,000.

Formerly Louis Walsh Opticians, it is located on Glenfin Street next to Bonner’s Corner Bar.

It will go to auction by Martin McGowan Properties via the iamsold Bidding Platform.

According to the auctioneer, it would make a great ‘fixer upper’ and could be renovated as a commercial premises or could be turned into residential accommodation.

Needless to say, there is no on-street parking.
