Gardaí have been out in numbers on the roads this Bank Holiday weekend, with their roads enforcement operation in place since Thursday.
An Garda Síochána say that they have recorded 101 road traffic incidents in the last three days.
These figures include arrests for drink and drug driving, as well as other road safety infringements.
Two people have lost their lives on Ireland’s roads so far this Bank Holiday weekend.
