Ionad An Mhachaire (Maghery Community Centre) have a full-time (39 hours) vacancy for a Caretaker.
Main duties will include:
- Responsible for all aspects of general caretaking of Ionad An Mhachaire Community Centre, Maghery, Dungloe, County Donegal
- Opening and closing of the centre when required
- Check daily diary and arrange the necessary room layout for functions and various groups/individuals using the centre
- Clearing & Cleaning of main hall after functions
- Responsible for general maintenance of the centre, including outdoor areas
Any associated duties that may be assigned to you by the committee or manager.
Applicants should be prepared to work some evenings, at short notice and on a schedule which is dependent on the events and activities taking place at the centre.
To be eligible to apply, applicants must meet one POBAL’s criteria, i.e. – in receipt of Jobseeker’s allowance or benefit, on a work placement position such as Tús or Community Employment (C.E.) scheme etc.
