Young golfer Daniel Mc Clafferty claimed his trophy for the Mac’s Deli St Patrick’s Day Boys Junior Cup this week.

He and several other young Donegal golfing stars took to the fairways a few weeks ago to decide the winner.

On tough day for playing Golf, Daniel played a fine game with Matthew Curran pushing him close.

Meanwhile in the 6 Hole non-handicapped section Jack Mc Laughlin came out on top ahead of Charlie Mc Groary, Mark Quinn & Basti respectively.

Daniel is pictured receiving the Macs Deli Cup from Mr Peter Mc Ginty, Macs Deli. Also included are Junior Convenor Mr Seamus Patton & Letterkenny Golf Club Captain Mr Paul Carr. In the group photo Daniel is joined with his fellow Junior Golf LK buddies – Charlie Mc Groary, Lewis Mulligan (Junior Captain), Ruairi Curran, Matthew Curran, Mark Quinn, Jack Mc Laughlin & Charlie Patton.

Letterkenny Golf Club have also extended their thanks to Eunan McIntyre & the team at Mac’s Deli for their support & association to Junior Golf at the club.
