Our Opportunity:
- To identify and promote all sales opportunities, to increase the overall sales to the company. This will involve maintaining and growing our existing portfolio of clients, along with developing and creating new business opportunities from new clients, making Mantis Cranes their company of choice.
- To provide technical assistance to our customers by identifying the right equipment for their project and guide them throughout the Sales process.
- To identify client needs and provide a working solution in a timely manner.
- To be a strong team player, both internally and externally to build strong working relationships.
- This is a Field based position with 1/2 office days per week
What we are looking for:
- Ideally Candidates with Sales Experience, preferably from a Construction/Plant related sector where technical ability is an advantage. Full training shall be provided on product knowledge.
- We are open to individuals looking to move away from working on the tools.
- You are self-motivated, have energy and passion to find a solution and close the sale, as well as the ability to prioritise within a small team.
- Target driven to align with company’s revenue and margin targets.
- Be an outwardly straightforward individual, who can demonstrate that they are highly organised with strong administrative skills and have a proven track record of accomplishment in their career to date.
- Driving licence is essential, along with the willingness to travel.
