Job Vacancy: Century Complex Letterkenny hiring Food and Beverage Manager

Century Complex Letterkenny is currently expanding and with that they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee and enhance customer experience throughout the complex. 

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and furthering our commitment to exceptional customer service, optimising revenue, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our Food and Beverage department. 

As we are embarking on our next stage of development here on-site at Century Complex, this is an exciting time to be joining our team. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain a visible and approachable presence in the dining areas to engage with customers and address their needs. 
  • Demonstrate leadership by inspiring your team to accomplish daily goals and targets and develop their skills. 
  • Oversee the planning and execution of all food and beverage events. 
  • Implement training programs to enhance staff skills, product knowledge, and customer interaction. 
  • Collaborate with the Kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and efficient food service. 
  • Ensuring a highly effective operation to create and deliver lasting customer experiences, maximising revenue, and profitability across all areas in line with budget expectations. 
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in compliance with health and safety regulations. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in an operations or managerial role preferably within the food and beverage industry and ideally in a hotel or busy restaurant setting. 
  • Demonstrate a strong leadership presence and take a proactive hands-on role in order to identify and support colleagues on all levels. 
  • Be an inspirational leader who is passionate about creating highly energised teams to provide exceptional customer service. 
  • Flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends and holidays as needed. 
  • Food safety and hygiene certifications are a plus.
