Donegal Gardaí are continuing a clamp down on untaxed and uninsured drivers, after seizing a car that was not taxed for almost 4 years last night,
Gardaí seized the car in Ballybofey, after they found in their checks that it was untaxed for 1,390 days – a period spanning over three and a half years.
No details of an NCT or insurance were found on the car also.
In a statement, Donegal Gardaí reminded the public to “not take to the roads unless your documentation is up to date and displayed as required.”
