A man has died following a motorcycle accident in the North.
Police say that 44-year-old Benny McIlhatton died after his motorcycle collided with a Volkswagen car in County Antrim yesterday evening.
The incident happened just outside Ballycastle at approximately 5:30pm yesterday evening.
In a statement, Police said that “officers along with other emergency services attended but very sadly Mr McIlhatton, who was travelling on the motorcycle, died at the scene.”
“Two other people were taken to hospital for treatment for their injuries.”
