The celebrations were in full swing at Central Hotel in Donegal Town last night as a stunning transformation was unveiled at Chapman’s Restaurant.

Dining @ Central Hotel is a new concept where Asian fusion meets local flair in a beautiful modern setting thanks to the exciting upgrade.

A local favourite, the new look Chapman’s features colourful atmospheric lighting and an inviting yet intimate setting.

Guests were treated to a taste of the vibrant and locally-inspired menu. From the wee nip of Donegal Bay Chowder to the sizzling stir fry, every bite was a feast of flavours. The celebrations were topped off with bespoke cocktails and live music.

Central Hotel’s General Manager, Breda Haden, extended her gratitude to everyone who contributed to the impressive renovation.

“Thank you to the directors for investing in the hotel and putting progressive work towards the bedrooms and the restaurant. I’d especially like to extend thanks to Clare Clancy who has assisted me so graciously with her expert help and colour choosing,” Breda said.

Breda also extended her heartfelt thanks to the local tradespeople who brought the project to life, and most importantly, to the exceptional team at Central Hotel.

“A huge huge thanks to the best team in Ireland. We are award-winning, and they are the backbone of the business and only for them I couldn’t do this job without them.”

The newly appointed Chapman’s Restaurant promises delicious experiences. Fom the wok, the grill, the sea and the meadow – there is something for everyone.

Quality cuisine is served all day long at Central Hotel from 8.00am til 9.00pm. From a delicious breakfast to a leisurely brunch, from casual bar bites to an exquisite à la carte dinner, Central Hotel caters to all, including top-quality takeaways!
